Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- Digital products, digital services, and/or physical products ordered from Yetkinsoft can be cancelled before your order is confirmed by Yetkinsoft and the product or service is delivered to you.
- Cancellation of your order and/or exercise of the right of withdrawal after delivery of digital products or digital services is not possible due to the nature of digital content. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital products and digital services after delivery of the content or commencement of service.
- For physical products, you can request a return by sending a notification to the contact address below within 14 days of receiving the product, exercising your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (“Law”). To request a return, the product must be sent to Yetkinsoft in its original packaging, unused, in resalable condition, and undamaged. The shipping cost for returned products will be covered by Yetkinsoft. Yetkinsoft will check the return conditions after receiving the product, and if the return conditions are met, your payment will be refunded to you after the return is approved. For payments made by credit card, refunds may take a few business days depending on your bank’s processes.
- In the Law, products customized in accordance with the consumer’s requests, and products such as audio or video recordings and software that are not suitable for return once their packaging has been opened, are listed among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
